anti-inflammatory, soothes skin irritations, promotes relaxation and improves sleep quality, remedy for insomnia and anxiety.

the fruit of the wild rose plant, packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, boosts immune system, promotes healthier skin and acts as natural anti-depressant and sleep aid.

bring 1 cup filtered water to a rolling boil.
place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose leaf tea in the teapot.
pour boiling water into the teapot.
cover and steep for 5-10 mins (the longer the steeping time, the stronger the tea).
pour and enjoy the delectable taste of freshly brewed tea.

1 tsp heaping
1 cup (8oz / 237ml)
100°C (212°F)
5-10 mins
HOT BREWING METHOD
bring 6-7oz /200 ml of filtered water to a rolling boil.
place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose leaf tea in a teapot.
pour boiling water into the teapot.
cover and steep for 5 mins.
add strained hot tea to a glass filled with ice.
A rule of thumb when preparing fresh brewed iced tea is to increase the strength of hot tea since it will dilute when poured over ice.
