Quiet your mind, relax away distracting thoughts and feel at ease with our delightfully fresh-smelling organic rooibos and lavender tisane.
Locals in South Africa first discovered that the fine needle-like leaves of rooibos made an aromatic tea with fruity and sweet notes. Rooibos is caffeine-free and has a soothing effect on headaches, disturbed sleeping patterns and digestive problems. Lavender is calming and stress-releasing. It has a sleep-inducing effect and is commonly used as a culinary herb and seen as an herbal soother. You often see lavender oil used in massage therapy, as well as infused in bath oils and lotions.
The smell of this herbal tea blend is exhilarating. Open your tea packet, and you'll see what we mean! A serene landscape of purple waves on a lavender field. Close your eyes and inhale the delicate aromas and floral notes.

bring 1 cup filtered water to a rolling boil.
place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose leaf tea in the teapot.
pour boiling water into the teapot.
cover and steep for 3-5mins (the longer the steeping time, the stronger the tea).
pour and enjoy the delectable taste of freshly brewed tea.
PREPARATION
1 tsp heaping
1 cup (8oz / 237ml)
100°C (212°F)
3-5 mins
HOT BREWING METHOD
bring 6-7oz /200 ml of filtered water to a rolling boil.
place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose leaf tea in a teapot.
pour boiling water into the teapot.
cover and steep for 5 mins.
add strained hot tea to a glass filled with ice.
A rule of thumb when preparing fresh brewed iced tea is to increase the strength of hot tea since it will dilute when poured over ice.
